How long will my new garden furniture last outdoors, especially with UK weather?

Our outdoor furniture is designed for durability and weather resistance. For pieces made from materials like treated hardwood or powder-coated metal, expect excellent longevity. We recommend regular cleaning and occasional maintenance, like oiling wood or wiping down metal frames, to keep them looking their best through different seasons. Check individual product descriptions for specific material care instructions to maximize your garden furniture's lifespan.

I'm a bit worried about putting flat-pack garden items together. How easy is it to assemble your planters and BBQs?

We understand assembly can be a concern! Most of our products, including planters and BBQs, come with clear, step-by-step instructions and often include the necessary tools. Many customers find them straightforward to put together. We also provide video guides for some items and have customer support ready to assist if you get stuck. Our goal is to make setting up your new outdoor space as stress-free as possible.

What kind of maintenance do your resin garden planters and decor need, and how do they hold up to sun and rain?

Resin planters and outdoor decor are fantastic for low maintenance. They are inherently resistant to rust, rot, and UV fading, making them ideal for various climates. A simple wipe-down with a damp cloth is usually all that's needed to keep them clean and vibrant. They're also lightweight yet sturdy, perfect for balconies or patios where you want to add a splash of color with your favorite flowers.

We get strong winds and heavy rain where we live. Which of your products are best suited for harsh outdoor conditions?

For challenging weather conditions, we recommend looking at items specifically marketed for their robust construction and materials. Heavy-duty metal garden furniture, solid wood pieces with protective finishes, and sturdy resin planters offer excellent resilience. Our patio heaters and BBQs are also built to withstand outdoor elements, though some may benefit from being covered or stored during extreme weather to ensure their longevity. Always check the product details for climate suitability ratings.
